As someone who has been working in primary care (ER and FM) in CB (hotbed of prescription opioid addiction) and specifically has done "complex pain management" with injury patients for many years, I think pain is the most interesting (and badly done) part of medicine. Great to read this, and very interested to read the next in the series.
